Frequently Asked Questions
Any Questions?
Is there a minimum order to get started?
We evaluate every enquiry individually during the introductory call. Our aim is to build a partnership that works sustainably for both parties — not to impose unrealistic minimum volumes from the outset.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Between 3 and 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the level of personalisation required. Exact lead times are confirmed before the order is placed.
Can I sell PS online as well?
Online retail arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the PS team, in order to protect the positioning of the brand and maintain healthy margins for all stockists.
What happens after my first email?
Within 5 working days, we will contact you for an introductory call. Once the partnership is in place, you receive access to your reserved trade area — complete with the full sample archive, trade price list and your dedicated direct channel.
Technical note: made-to-order commissions and material personalisation are available to active PS stockists. Production lead times are confirmed at the point of order and vary according to the work required.
