Shipping and Returns
PS Shoes wants the customer to be 100% satisfied with his purchase and for this reason shipping costs and any returns are completely free.
Why are shipments 3-4 weeks?
Our timelines aim at full customer satisfaction, taking care and controlling every step from production to the final customer.
If for some reason you are not, you can make a return and you will be refunded both the cost of the product and the shipping costs. The procedure is simple but it is important that you follow these points carefully:
1 – You can return the product within 30 working days of receiving the product
2 – Before returning the product, make sure that it has not been used or damaged and that it is in its original packaging. both the contents are perfectly intact as when you received them.
The return procedure must be authorized in advance by us, so if you want to proceed with the return you must first contact us indicating:
– the reason for the return;
– the order number;
– a valid address where we can contact you.
Once this is done you will receive our return authorization. The refund will be made within 5 working days from the moment the goods are returned.
Any return made without our authorization will not give the right to any refund or complaint.
